ALA Evergreen Girls State is committed to allowing every interested young woman to attend, regardless of financial situation. We have multiple financing options to choose from:

1. Independent Enrollment: Applicants pay the full $530.00 cost to attend. They will participate in a short phone call to verify eligibility.
2. Sponsored Enrollment (*Default*): Applicants will be interviewed and sponsored by a local American Legion Auxiliary Unit. Sponsoring Units will pay $320.00 of the tuition cost while the student will pay $210. Applicants may be requested to attend a Unit meeting the following Fall to share information about their experience at ALA Evergreen Girls State with their sponsor. We will assist with locating a Unit to be your sponsor.
3. Full Financial Aid: Applicants will be interviewed and sponsored by a local American Legion Auxiliary Unit. Sponsoring Units will pay the full cost to attend ($530.00). Applicants may be requested to attend a Unit meeting the following Fall to share information about their experience at ALA Evergreen Girls State with their sponsor. We will assist with locating a Unit to be your sponsor.

The tuition cost covers 6 nights of room and board plus all meals and a week full of educational programming (and fun!).
